You may use the StudySphere website to learn about current services, send an enquiry and access the learning portal. Information on the website is general and may be updated as services change.
Tutoring information
StudySphere provides educational support, not a guaranteed grade, test result or school outcome. Tutoring works alongside the student’s school program and does not replace advice from a school or other qualified professional.
Service details such as availability, fees, lesson times, rescheduling and cancellation arrangements are confirmed directly with the parent, guardian or responsible account holder. Those agreed arrangements apply in addition to these website terms.
Portal accounts
Portal access is personal to the student or staff member it is issued to. Keep sign-in details private, do not share an account, and tell StudySphere promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission.
Learning resources
Unless StudySphere states otherwise, portal resources are provided for the enrolled student’s personal education use. They must not be republished, sold, uploaded publicly or distributed to other people without permission.
Acceptable use
You must not use the website or portal to:
- access another person’s account or material without permission
- interfere with the service, test its security without approval or upload harmful content
- submit unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing material
- copy or automate access to content in a way that disrupts the service
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to protect students, staff, content or the service.
Availability and links
StudySphere works to keep the website and portal available, but maintenance, internet problems or service-provider interruptions can occur. External links are provided for convenience and are governed by the external provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
Australian consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
